I am absolutely baffled how such a supposed high end strip property could be so completely run down and filthy disgusting. I appreciated this very much but now we had to pack all our things in the middle of the night and drag everything across the entire hotel. After what was now over an hour and having to go to the front desk a manager did kindly change our room. Our choice was no only the stairwell yet again and now locked out of property for second time. ![]() Or work in the elevator for us to go down to the lobby. Only to find out our key would not open our door. Finally after 30 minutes and help from guests we got off on 4th floor and were able to use stairs to get from 4th floor to 3rd. We tried three elevators and could not get to our floor. This fun fact was discovered on the second night where we were trapped in elevator by the 3rd floor now not working with digital key on our phone OR numerous guests who entered elevator with us and tried to help by using their physical keys. However on a different floor, SAME STAIRWELL there is an emergency exit sign. First night when trying to go downstairs from 3rd floor instead of walking down a ridiculously long hallway to the ONLY elevator I used the stairwell that has a sign that says exit but no warning that if you go out you can't get back in and are locked outside the property. I felt bad knowing what the hotel industry went through to even say anything. So much so that upon arrival, which was at 11:00 at night and tired after the long drive I felt bad to complain and planned to just tough it out and try not to touch as much as I could during the stay. I have tremendous compassion for the travel industry and what they have gone through. ![]() First off let me be very clear, I have a deep understanding of the fact that we are in a pandemic. Never in all my years of visiting Las Vegas have I ever stayed in such a filthy hotel.
